the staff were attentive and genuinely kind . the hotel grounds are spacious and well-arranged with different areas for families and other guests. the gym had a dedicated cardio space and a separate strength training area. breakfast provided many options.
the minibar was not working . only one side of the bed had a functional wall plug. the rooms felt somewhat outdated. the bathrooms did not have a shattaf, although they had a bidet.

The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there. I had a lovely room with a fine marina view. The atmosphere reminded me of a hidden paradise.
The maze to get to my room WAS crazy. I think the room was too dark also.

the staff displayed amazing kindness when storms caused my flights to be cancelled. they arranged shower facilities with hot water at the golf club. alex, the director, spoke with us personally and offered complimentary gestures. manual at concierge looked after us. ahmad at reception was very kind and helpful. krishna and manusdin from cleaning team were helpful.
the mini fridge was not working and only one side of the bed had a wall plug

the suite terrace room offered yacht views and direct access to the skyline, where we could see the tallest building, burj khalifa. the room service team, including sadaif and zeeshan, provided good service. hema, the florist, had good ideas for arranging the room.

breakfast is excellent and has an very nice selection of fresh products. i found it a pleasure to start each day with views of the lagoon. the cinnamon club offers an really good hospitality experience and delicious indian food.

the hotel has a vast golf park suitable for walking and running activities. there is also a beach and swimming pool available to enjoy. there are three pools available, a family pool, a quiet pool, and a lagoon-type pool.

I had an excellent overall experience. the front office staff was very excellent. Mr billal offered me a different room than my previous stays, a good surprise. he greeted us consistently whenever we passed by the reception. It. the housekeeping staff, bellboys, and valet staff were always available to assist with a smile.
the mini fridge wasn't working. i found only one side of the bed that had a wall plug. it was slightly inconvenient.

the king room featured spacious design. the beds were super comfortable. high-pressure water came from the rainfall shower head. the coffee machine was a definite plus.
